About the course

Picture of a fire in an office corridor Fire marshals, sometimes referred to as fire wardens are individuals (usually employees) who have been trained to assist in fire evacuation procedures in business premises and other organisations.

This course is specifically for individuals designated as fire marshals or fire wardens. This three hour programme is designed around your fire routines and incorporates the principles of combustion, basic fire prevention, use of extinguishers, movement in smoke, evacuation procedures, control of personnel and live fire extinguisher training.

Wherever possible “Live-fire” practical fire extinguisher demonstrations will be carried out  following a suitable risk assessment of the building and outside area.
