Food Safety Courses

Nationally accredited at all levels and bespoke courses

  Food being prepared by chefs

A food handler or indeed anyone involved in the preparation, storage, distribution, processing or serving of food has the potential, through ignorance or negligence to cause a potentially life threatening food poisoning outbreak.

The large number of food poisoning incidents reported annually demonstrates clearly the on-going need for effective training for all those individuals involved in the food industry as well as food producers, distributors and the consumers themselves.

The law requires all food handlers to be trained in accordance with their job role and work activities. By choosing a nationally accredited course it will allow businesses to demonstrate that food handlers, supervisors and managers have been trained to the appropriate level complying with their legal requirement.

Our food safety courses are suitable for those working in hospitality and catering, manufacturing, retail, social care or indeed anywhere where food is prepared, cooked, served or produced.
